The price of a taxi to Toledo from Madrid is around €100 (one way).

Regular taxis can seat up to 4 passengers. 

You can aslo book a taxi for 8 people, which will cost slightly more at around €130.

 

Before taking a taxi, we would recommend you ask the taxi driver what the price will be to avoid unpleasant surprises.

If you wish to take a train, it's a really easy journey but there are two trains that you will need to catch from the airport.

 

The first train you will need to take is a metro from Madrid Airport to Atocha Station.

 

Trains depart from Aeropuerto Terminal 4 every 15 minutes. Passengers who land at the other 3 airport terminals have to take the free airport  shuttle that handles the between-terminals connection.

 

Ride duration from the Airport to Atocha Train Station is 31 minutes. The ticket fare is €2.60, which can be purchased at the airport metro station.

The second part of the journey is taking the direct high-speed train that will take you from Atocha station to Central Toledo in 25 minutes.
